Washington Rangers Youth FC have recently been awarded the FA Charter Standard Youth Club award from the English FA. The FA award the charter standard to clubs who place child protection, safety and quality coaching at the forefront of their offering.
This session is focussed on attacking play, penetrating the defence whilst in possession. The attackers are aiming to create chances and score, whilst finding space, creating overloads (2v1 in wide areas).
We want the players to realise the space is the same for each part of the session, aiming to use the space to create chances even if they are targeting goals which are large/small or left/right/up/down.
This session is focussed on the defence moving the ball from the GK, out of defence and up through the pitch, aiming to build up play and score.
